a week of firsts

so this week, we've had a variety of first time experiences that we would love to share with you.

1. lauren burned her neck with a hot glue gun...seriously.
2. canterbury design's first vt parking violation: we hadddd to run and get headbands on monday. we were in such a rush that we didn't notice that when we came back, we parked in a faculty spot.
3. giveaway! our dearest blogger friend Natalie is hosting a giveaway of our headbands on her blog. check it out her blog, it's super cute.
4. we had our first meeting to do hairpieces for a wedding! :) you have no idea how overjoyed we are. NO IDEA. (ps need to note the colors, because it's a pretty schnazzy scheme: coral, navy, apple green. oh yes.)

white flower series

Happy Easter!

Okay so one of the toughest parts about taking pictures is finding the location. We want the setting to bring out the best in the headbands. So this week we decided to put them in an abundance of white flowers right outside Lane Stadium. Enjoy!

this week's lineup!

so glad we have this blog to keep record of our designs. we're really excited about the ones we've done this week! we've put in so many hours that our backs are killing us. if anyone is or knows a good masseuse, we happily accept donations. even though we are such complainers, we loved making them.
